All sessions are 50 minutes and conducted virtually, giving you the flexibility to show up from wherever feels most comfortable and safe.

Step One: Consultation
Before we begin, we meet. The consultation is a low-stakes, open conversation designed to help us both determine if we’re the right fit for this journey together. There’s no pressure, no commitment - just an honest, warm conversation about where you are and where you’d like to go.
In your consultation, we will:

Explore what’s bringing you to coaching right now
Answer any questions you have about the coaching process
Determine together whether to move forward

Step Two: Intake Session - The Deep Dive
Once we've decided to work together, we begin with an intake session - a meaningful, unhurried conversation that sets the tone for everything that follows. This is where we slow down, go deeper, and figure out what kind of support fits you best.
In your intake session, we will:
Explore your goals, values, and vision for your life
Identify what's working, what isn't, and what you're ready to change
Decide whether a structured program or ad hoc sessions fit you best
Build a rhythm around whichever path you choose
Consistency isn't about perfection - it's about showing up for yourself, one session at a time.

The 12-Session Coaching Program
The heart of Nest and Nurture is the 12-session coaching program - a structured, deeply personal journey designed to take you from where you are to where you're meant to be. Twelve sessions give us the space to go deep, build real momentum, and create lasting, meaningful change.
The timeline of your program - whether that's 12 weeks or a customized pace - is determined together during your intake session. And the level of support you carry into that journey is yours to choose. Whether you prefer the focused container of session-only coaching or the added presence of between-session support, both paths lead to the same destination: you, transformed.
What matters most is not the calendar, not the tier. It's the work.
At the close of your 12th session, we celebrate. Completing a full coaching program is no small thing - it is a testament to your commitment, your courage, and your growth. Every client who completes the program marks this milestone with a graduation, honoring the journey and the person you've become through it.

Ad hoc session rates apply to single sessions booked outside of a program package and reflect a per-session premium. Committing to a full program is always the most valuable — and most transformative — investment.
How Payment Works
Investing in yourself should feel as good as the work itself.
To keep your program accessible and manageable, your investment is divided into two equal installments, so you can begin with confidence without paying the full cost upfront.
Your first installment covers sessions 1– 6, and is due at the start of your program. Your second installment covers sessions 7–12 and is due after your 4th session, once you're already in the rhythm of the work.
Full payment details and exact amounts will be confirmed during your intake session.
Single Sessions
Not ready for a full program? That's okay. Single sessions are available for those who want to explore coaching, work through a specific challenge, or return for a tune-up after completing your program.
Ad hoc session rates are based on your history with Nest and Nurture:
Seedling graduates: $175 - $225 per session
Thrive graduates: $225 - $275 per session
